TESS meets customers’ emergency preparedness needs for products and services, operations and maintenance, as well as hoses and technical components. Emergency Response and Hose Service 02018 builds on the established hose service but is expanded to include a comprehensive emergency preparedness offering.
With Hose Service available 24/7, over 145 service centers with local inventory capacity, and round-the-clock mobile service throughout Norway, TESS can respond rapidly wherever the need arises.
Experience from major incidents, including deliveries such as a dedicated emergency response container at the Mongstad refinery, has contributed to developing a robust and operational emergency response system.
