With the combination of resisting full vacuum and temperatures in the range from -196°C to +550°C, TESS steel hoses are well suited for the transfer of gases, chemicals, oil products, steam, and hot fluids.
The steel hoses provide high flexibility and effectively absorb normal vibrations in most types of machinery and piping system installations. The hoses are type-approved by DNV-GL, and TESS also provides documentation in accordance with PED Directive 2014/68/EU where requested.
TESS supplies everything from simple steel hoses to complex, custom-made solutions, tailored to the customer’s needs and application.
TESS also delivers steel compensators. These can be tailor made according to length- and motion requirements and are used to absorb and neutralize different movements and vibrations in piping installations.
Together with steel hoses and compensators, TESS offers a wide range of related offshore services. Our technicians travel offshore and onboard installations to carry out inspections, optimize existing solutions, and install hoses prefabricated at our head office.
