TESS delivers complete solutions in design, production, and installation of corrugated steel hoses, steel compensators, and welded structures – both offshore and onshore. Prefabrication is performed under controlled conditions on land, while experienced technicians carry out measurement, optimization, and offshore installation when required.
Our corrugated steel hoses withstand full vacuum and temperatures from -196 °C to +550 °C, making them suitable for gases, chemicals, petroleum products, steam, and hot liquids. They provide high flexibility and effective vibration damping in machinery and piping systems. The hoses are type-approved by DNV, and documentation in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU is available upon request.
TESS also delivers steel compensators that can be customized according to length and movement requirements, and are used to absorb and compensate for various movements and vibrations in piping systems.
