We offer:
- Certification/examination of welders, all methods internally/externally according to ISO 9606-1/5, machine operators according to ISO 14732 (externally), and brazers according to ISO 13585
- Welding school/welding courses (all methods) and the possibility of private classrooms for theoretical training. All courses are individual and based on experience. No fixed course dates.
- Testing of welders (site test)
- Preparation of pWPS -WPS
- Facilitation for welding procedure qualification record (WPQR)
- Electronic signature on welding certificates in the Weld Eye database for ½ year updates
The welding courses are held in Bergen.
Welding Simulator
An almost real welding environment with a realistic weld pool and actual welding sound helps welders learn and adjust their welding technique. Simulates sparks, slag, grinding and weld cooling. Logging to see development replicates correct machine setup using a welding procedure WPS. The user must select gas type, process, gas flow, amperage/voltage and wire feed speed in the system before welding can start.
