The development of the E18 from Rugtvet to Langangen in Telemark is one of Norway’s most complex road projects, featuring bridges, tunnels, and challenging mountain terrain. General contractor Eiffage leads the project, with Metrostav and Bertilsen & Garpestad (B&G) as subcontractors.
