Regulations
To ensure a fully safe working environment, the employer must ensure that first aid equipment is easily accessible. Current regulations in accordance with the Working Environment Act chapter 4 and the Workplace Regulations chapter 3-4.
The employer is responsible for adapting equipment to the type of work, number of employees and size of the workplace. The employer is also responsible for ensuring that HSE equipment is complete and available.
