The agreement includes the delivery of hoses and pipe components, fittings, workwear, safety products, services, and operational and maintenance products over five years from January 1, 2024, and is automatically renewed for one year at a time thereafter.

Specified in the agreement:

• Quality assurance and HSE.
• Services and tasks, including assembly, installation, inspection, pressure testing, cleaning, and maintenance of hose installations with associated fittings as per further agreement (THM).
• Information to the buyer's personnel about hoses and pipe components with associated fittings provided by TESS personnel.
• Dedicated hydraulic and transmission courses and similar arranged as per further agreement.
• Service at TESS Hose Workshop (TESS GSV) during and outside opening hours. TESS 24-hour hose guard is available.
• TESS mobile service is available to the Buyer at an additional cost.

The agreement means that MEF members have access to a wide range of products at heavily discounted prices.
