The project started in TESS’s engineering environment in Bergen. The bunkering station is designed and engineered according to strict requirements and specifications from the end customer. To ensure the right capacity and production expertise, Rad\u00f8yGruppen was brought in as a supplier and collaboration partner. <\/p>\n\n
“We have maintained close dialogue throughout, and the collaboration has worked well. Rad\u00f8yGruppen understands our needs and delivers high quality,” says Mikkel Hallgren, project manager at TESS. <\/p>\n\n
He adds that it is a great advantage to work with companies that understand the requirements for deliveries in the energy sector – and who have a short distance between decision and action. <\/p>\n\n
For Rad\u00f8yGruppen, the project has been both exciting and rewarding. <\/p>\n\n
“We have had a long relationship with TESS – as a customer, supplier, and collaboration partner. TESS supplies us with protective equipment, clothing, and maintenance products, and now we got the opportunity to give back with something that is truly in our field of expertise,” says Siren Mar\u00f8y, project manager at Rad\u00f8yGruppen. <\/p>\n\n
She highlights the proximity between the companies as a major strength. <\/p>\n\n
“We are located in the same region and know the people well. This makes collaboration simple and efficient, and it creates local value in a way we both believe in.” <\/p>\n\n
Both TESS and Rad\u00f8yGruppen agree that this collaboration demonstrates the importance of using local partners. <\/p>\n\n
“When we collaborate locally, we get more than just good deliveries. We gain trust, flexibility, and the opportunity to develop together. We look forward to more such collaborations in the future,” says Hallgren. <\/p>\n\n
