4651 TEXTILE TAPE plastic coated rayon with rubber sticky. Double-impregnated. Waterproof and aging resistant. Sticks on almost any surface. Can be torn by hand. Very strong and high breaking strength. 148mesh. Max. 130° C. Easy to write on.
