The superlatives are numerous after the first customer survey of the TESS Uptime RFID.
TESS Uptime RFID is a self-service supply solution where access control, RFID-technology and customer-adapted contents makes the products available 24/7.
In October 2017 a TESS Uptime RFID container were placed at the location of Isachsen Anlegg in Solbergelva. After two months, we did a customer survey with the most active end users to map out their experiences.
The feedback was very positive:
-Top scores! – Really good! – Super!
The end users ultimately agree about the value of the container. Time efficient, user friendly and easy to understand, are some statements that most of them used.

The need for more containers
TESS Uptime RFID simplified the workday for everyone that took part in the survey, and they all see the need for such containers at multiple project locations.
-We have several large projects on the north side of Oslo, and as it is today we need to go actual stores to get the things we need – at the cost of both time, money and resources. Based on this it would be of great value to place several of these containers both there, and at other project locations, says Thomas Bjørndal with Isachsen.
New, exciting solutions
Project manager for integrated supply solutions at TESS, Kjetil Thorkildsen, says the key to success lies in focusing on LEAN, as well as a continuous mapping of the customer’s needs.
Thorkildsen tells us that there will be several exciting solutions in 2018:
