TESS buys their way into PSO

With a forward-looking strategy TESS as has bought 70% of PSO as’ stocks. PSO was established by two young founders with a shared passion and interest for technical pipes and hoses with related equipment.
Thomas Engen has a master’s degree in economics and he is an entrepreneurial spirit with a great interest for technical equipment. Bård Arve Valstad is a graduate civil engineer in technical cybernetics at NTNU. Both left well paid jobs to invest all their time into PSO.
A smiling Engen tells us: -In hindsight it might seem crazy to leave those jobs to follow the dream, but it worked out.
PSO is located at Forus in Stavanger, and supplies products and services countrywide, both on shore and offshore. With a wide range of customers that helps a continuous development and range of products and services PSO’s main business is directed towards oil and gas industry, contractors and the public sector.
Their vision is to be the leading supplier of the products and services they have to offer in the Norwegian market.
To remain as the best in the industry
Since day one their business idea ad strategy has been homonymous: PSO will deliver technological an innovative products that will give the customers a competitive edge.
Remaining as the best in the business in a continuous process for TESS, and thus it is no accident that their focus coincides with TESS’ heartlands. The strategy is a simple one: Offer the customers a safe, interdisciplinary and complete service.
