When nature fights back, you should be prepared.
In a rough country built on traditions and experience, it is a paradox that we do not have a better safeguard against natural disasters. Stormwater and floods caused by heavy rainfall is one of the greatest threats to us in the North, especially during autumn.
The infrastructure in Norway has not been adapted to the increasingly more intense rainfall. There is a great need to take measures in both the public sector, as well as for private home owners.
Cheaper to prevent than to repair
TESS has worked for years to find good solutions, and efficient stormwater- and flood-equipment. With easy to use bilge pumps and FloodSax «the sandless sandbag»,TESS has made flood packages of different sizes – all in accordance to the customers budget and needs.

FloodSax – the sandless sandbag
FloodSax is as specially developed flood protection product, made from water-absorbing polymer. As soon as the product comes in contact with water it is activated. In just minutes it can absorb 20-25 liters of water.
The bags are used as flood walls for the protection of buildings and areas, and they can also be used to reduce the damages caused by water leaks inside houses and larger buildings.
